MCA Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled MCA Lead Generation Specialist to identify and engage potential clients for our merchant cash advance services. The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation and a strong understanding of the financial industry. Responsibilities include researching potential clients, building relationships, and converting leads into sales. What you'll be doing day to day: ✔ Calling warm leads within 2–5 minutes of their reply to our outreach ✔ Running natural, consultative conversations about business funding ✔ Qualifying leads and booking them onto an AE's calendar ✔ Hitting a daily target of 20–25 booked meetings ✔ Keeping CRM notes updated and staying responsive on Slack throughout your shift What we're looking for: ✔ Fluent English with a neutral American accent ✔ 2+ years of outbound or cold calling experience ✔ Proven appointment-setting background ✔ Available Monday to Friday,
