We help healthcare providers comply with the Merit‑based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) and MIPS Value Pathways (MVP). We support over 3,500 providers across the US and work with more than 50 healthcare service organizations. What We Need We are looking for a freelance professional who can connect us with medical practices that need MIPS reporting. This is not a billing or coding job. It is a business‑development project where you identify and introduce us to eligible practices. We handle all the MIPS work, and you earn a fixed payment for every practice that enrolls through your introduction. Who This Is For Ideally, you already have your own clients: medical practices, billing companies, or healthcare organizations. If you want to offer MIPS reporting under your own brand, you can white‑label our service and present it as your own. If you don't have your own clients but can still reach decision‑makers, you are welcome as well. The only thing that matters is a successful introduction that leads to an enrollment. What You'll Do Reach out to your existing practice contacts or find new ones via LinkedIn, email, or other channels. Introduce our MIPS reporting service (under your brand if you prefer). Refer interested practices to our team, and we take over the entire process. Keep simple notes on your introductions and outcomes. Compensation (Managed entirely through Upwork) We pay $250 per provider who enrolls through your introduction. If a practice has multiple eligible providers, you earn $250 for each one. No cap on your earnings. For every successful enrollment, we set up a fixed‑price milestone on Upwork that you submit against, ensuring safe and timely payment. What You Get From Us A dedicated onboarding team that handles measure selection, submission, compliance, and audit support. Transparent tracking so you always know the status of your introductions. White‑label option if you want to offer this service under your own company name. Simple support materials and talking points to make your outreach easier. What We're Looking For Background in medical billing, credentialing, RCM, healthcare consulting, or practice management. Understanding of how US medical practices operate. Comfortable starting conversations and building relationships. Existing clients or a strong network is a big plus, but not required. Reliable, responsive, and professional.
