Summary

We are seeking an experienced MSP Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MSPs familiar with ticketing systems, documenting tickets and working alongside customers and different technical environments. This requires working on Eastern Time. Excellent English is required for this position. Must have 365 Administrative experience, Windows 10 or 11 experience, active directory, backup and disaster recovery, MFA, Conditional access, Outlook , etc.
