Summary

Our current Mailchimp template is functional but dated, and has a known mobile clipping problem — content gets cut off on smaller screens. We are also introducing a new editorial lane structure (Policy & Science, Operations & Infrastructure, Markets & Money), which requires a template system that can flex across different content mixes each issue without custom design work.
