Summary

We are a medical device manufacturer looking for an experienced Make.com automation specialist to build an order processing and manufacturing workflow integrating Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Katana ERP, and BarTender. Project Scope: Monitor Microsoft 365 shared mailbox/API/webhook for new orders Extract order data and attachments Automatically create SharePoint order folders Upload and organize order files (scan files, manufacturing files, QA documents, etc.) Create and update Katana ERP sales/manufacturing orders via API Link SharePoint files back to Katana records Support future BarTender label automation Required Experience: Make.com advanced workflows REST APIs / JSON Webhooks Microsoft Graph API SharePoint automation ERP integrations Preferred: Katana ERP experience BarTender Automation experience Manufacturing or medical device workflows Deliverables: Fully functioning Make.com automation Documented workflow Error handling and scalable setup
