Make.com Automation Expert Needed

We are looking for an experienced Make.com Automation Expert to help automate and streamline several business processes within our consulting company. Currently, our team manually processes incoming leads by transferring information between multiple systems. As our business continues to grow, we need a reliable automation specialist who can eliminate repetitive tasks, improve efficiency, and reduce human error. Project Overview: When a lead submits a form on our website, we currently: • Receive the lead information via email • Manually create a contact in HubSpot • Manually update a Google Sheet • Notify our sales team through email We want this entire process automated using Make.com. Responsibilities: • Design and build automation workflows using Make.com • Connect Typeform with HubSpot • Sync data with Google Sheets • Set up automated email notifications • Implement duplicate lead detection • Configure workflow monitoring and error handling • Test and deploy the automation Required Skills: • Strong experience with Make.com (Integromat) • Experience with HubSpot integrations • Experience with Typeform integrations • Google Sheets automation experience • API and webhook knowledge • Workflow troubleshooting skills • Excellent communication Deliverables: • Fully functional Make.com workflow • HubSpot integration • Google Sheets integration • Automated lead notifications • Duplicate lead protection • Workflow documentation • Successful testing and deployment We are looking for someone reliable who can deliver a clean, scalable solution and potentially assist with future automation projects.
