We are looking for an experienced Make.com Automation Expert to help streamline and automate our business processes. The ideal candidate should have strong experience designing, building, testing, and optimizing automated workflows that connect multiple platforms and eliminate manual tasks. Responsibilities Design and build automation workflows using Make.com Connect and integrate multiple applications through APIs, webhooks, and native integrations Automate lead generation, lead management, and customer onboarding processes Create data synchronization workflows between CRM, marketing, and project management platforms Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing Make.com scenarios Implement error handling and monitoring systems Document workflows and provide clear handover instructions Collaborate with team members to identify automation opportunities Required Skills Strong experience with Make.com (formerly Integromat) API integration experience Webhook configuration and troubleshooting Data mapping and transformation Workflow automation design CRM automation Business process automation Problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication skills Preferred Experience Experience integrating Make.com with one or more of the following: GoHighLevel Airtable Google Sheets HubSpot Salesforce ClickUp Monday.com Notion ActiveCampaign Mailchimp Calendly Stripe OpenAI / ChatGPT Slack Shopify WordPress Example Projects Automatically capture and qualify leads from forms Sync customer data across multiple platforms Create automated email and SMS sequences Build AI-powered workflows using ChatGPT and Make.com Automate appointment scheduling and follow-up processes Generate reports and dashboards automatically Create e-commerce order fulfillment automations Project Details Project Type: Contract / Freelance Experience Level: Intermediate to Expert Duration: 1–3 Months (Potential for Ongoing Work) Hours: 10–30 Hours per Week Budget: $500 – $2,500 (Depending on Experience and Scope) To Apply Please include: A brief introduction about your Make.com experience.
