Make.com & Instantly Outreach (RIA/Financial Advisor ICP)

Only accepting applications with proven experience in the financial services industry, specifically setting up and managing automated email campaigns to financial advisors and RIAs. I have an existing automated cold outreach stack (AdvizorPro, Vayne, Make.com, Instantly, Claude Pro, 100+ warmed email accounts) targeting independent financial advisors. Currently dealing with a deliverability issue and campaigns aren't sending/landing reliably. That is first priority, and ideally I'd want the same person to manage the oversight of existing campaigns and set up new customer campaigns. Phase 1: Diagnose and fix the deliverability issue, get one campaign running end-to-end. Phase 2: Expand the partnership to own and manage additional campaigns — ongoing account health monitoring (bounce rates, spam placement, domain reputation), flagging problems before they affect sending, and surfacing analytics that drive campaign performance toward goals (reply rates, calls booked). Requirements: 1.) Verifiable experience running automated cold email to financial advisors (include examples/results in your proposal) 2.) Experience in Make.com and Instantly 3.) Comfortable being measured on outcome, not hours
