Manage Email List of 50k Subs in Weight Loss Niche

**Job Title:** Email Marketer / Affiliate Partnership Manager for 50k Weight Loss & Health List We’re looking for an experienced email marketer to help manage and monetise an existing email list of approximately 50,000 subscribers in the weight loss, health and wellness niche. The list has an existing brand voice and author tone, so we’re looking for someone who can write in a natural, trustworthy style while using AI where helpful to speed up drafting, research and idea generation. This role is partly email marketing, partly affiliate/product partnership management. **What we need:** * Write and schedule 3–4 emails per week to our existing list * Maintain the tone and voice of the current brand/author * Promote relevant weight loss, diet, health and wellness products in a way that feels native and not spammy * Create a weekly content/promotion calendar * Identify suitable affiliate products, partner offers and health-related promotions * Reach out to brands, product owners and affiliate networks to create partnership opportunities * Help test subject lines, hooks, angles and offers * Track email performance including opens, clicks, conversions and revenue * Protect list quality and avoid over-promoting low-quality offers **Ideal candidate:** * Proven experience managing email lists in health, weight loss, wellness, supplements, diet, fitness or similar niches * Strong copywriting ability, especially direct-response email * Experience with affiliate marketing and partnership outreach * Comfortable using AI tools while still producing human, brand-aligned copy * Understands how to balance valuable content with promotional emails * Can recommend offers, angles and campaigns without needing everything handed to them * Bonus if you already have relationships with affiliate networks, health brands, supplement companies or digital product owners **Email cadence:** We’re aiming for around 3–4 emails per week, with promotional emails likely 1–2 times per week depending on list response and offer quality. **The goal:** We want someone who can help turn this list into a consistent revenue channel through valuable content, smart promotions and strong affiliate/partner relationships — without damaging trust with the audience.
