Management Accountant for Macro Metals

Macro Metals Limited (ASX: M4M) is seeking an experienced Management Accountant on a permanent basis. West Perth preferred; remote welcome for the right candidate. A senior, hands-on role combining Bookkeeper, Financial Controller and Management Accountant duties across our parent entity, subsidiaries and JVs during a critical growth phase. What you'll own: Group accounting, GL, AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations and intercompany eliminations Monthly management accounts, Appendix 5B, half-year and full-year IFRS statements Audit coordination, technical papers and ASX disclosure support BAS, IAS, PAYG, GST, FBT, payroll tax and share-based payment calcs Rolling cashflow, treasury, capital raising models and use-of-funds analysis Budgets, forecasts, variance analysis and tender pricing support Build out our finance tech stack — Xero, Syft Analytics (consolidated reporting) and ApprovalMax (procurement/approvals) About you: Degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce CPA or CA (essential) 7–10+ years senior finance with Financial Controller-level accountability Multi-entity group experience; ASX-listed or audit-regulated background preferred Mining, contracting or project-based industry experience highly regarded Strong systems capability across Xero, Syft and ApprovalMax Commercially astute, high-integrity, confident engaging Directors and auditors Report directly to the Managing Director.
