IP Manager / Brand Protection Specialist, full-time only, full ownership of copycat detection and takedowns end to end Brand: US DTC supplement brand, 70+ team, 7-figures/month, scaling fast across Meta, Amazon, and launching Google / In-app / new channels Scope: — Find copycats across all platforms — Meta, TikTok, Amazon, Shopify clones, Google, anywhere our brand or creatives get stolen — File DMCA takedowns and platform reports for standard cases — clean, fast, with proper evidence — Escalate serious violations to legal team with full documentation — Build and maintain monitoring systems for ongoing detection — not just reactive, proactive — Own metrics: takedown volume, time-to-removal, copycats killed per month — Full-time, no part-time / freelance setup Comp: custom offer for the right person Start: asap Before we lock in a call, want to make sure there's a solid fit on both sides. This is a hands-on tactical role, not legal oversight — Any direct contacts inside Meta, TikTok, Amazon brand registry, or other platforms that speed up takedowns? — Are you open to full-time only?
