About Growbi Growbi is a fast-growing marketing agency working exclusively with med spas and home improvement businesses across the US. --- The Role We have a sourcing specialist in place. We need an experienced HR Manager to oversee his work, filter candidates and conduct interviews. You will also manage paid job campaigns on LinkedIn and Indeed to bring in inbound applicants. Part-time, a few hours per day, with potential to grow into a full-time role. Responsibilities - Guide our sourcing specialist on targeting the right candidates - Filter and evaluate candidates based on experience and fit - Conduct interviews for different roles - Manage paid job ads on LinkedIn and Indeed --- Requirements - Experience in HR management and recruitment - Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills - Experience running paid job campaigns on LinkedIn and Indeed - Organized, detail-oriented and fluent in English Details: - Freelance part-time, remote, flexible hours - Strong potential to become full-time To Apply - Share examples of roles you have hired for and your experience with paid recruitment campaigns.
