HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR functions, including compliance, onboarding, and employee relations. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of HR laws, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage policies, processes, and employee development initiatives. Responsibilities: Draft and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws Manage onboarding processes and ensure proper documentation for new hires Oversee employee performance, training, and professional development Support employee relations and address HR-related concerns Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Provide guidance and support to leadership on HR matters Skills & Qualifications: Strong knowledge of HR laws and compliance Leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in employee onboarding, training, and performance management Ability to draft and implement HR policies effectively 3–5 years of experience in human resources management or a related role
