Hey, I’m Greg Philippe. I’ve been on LinkedIn for the past 7 years, booked 4,000+ meetings from the platform, helped 100+ people grow on LinkedIn, and previously ran a LinkedIn lead generation agency. I’m now relaunching a new agency built around LinkedIn client acquisition. We help B2B agencies turn LinkedIn into a real pipeline channel using outbound, inbound, intent signals, lead scoring, personalized outreach, and strong follow-up systems. I’m looking for a go-to-market engineer who can help us build and set up the backend GTM systems for our clients. This is not a basic lead list building role. This is not a generic scraping role. My strengths are messaging, positioning, offer building, and understanding how to turn LinkedIn conversations into booked calls. What I need is someone who can own the technical GTM infrastructure side. For each client, you would help us understand their ICP, build the right lead sources, create the right data workflows, score prospects properly, and set up the systems that help us find and prioritize the best opportunities. The agency has two main acquisition systems we set up for clients. The first is outbound. For each client, we need to identify prospects who fit their exact ICP. Ideally, these prospects have some level of relevance, buying signal, or intent. This could include things like role, company size, hiring signals, recent funding, tech stack, content engagement, category, industry, growth stage, pain indicators, or other relevant triggers depending on the client. From there, we need systems that can source, enrich, score, clean, and organize those leads so we can launch highly targeted outbound campaigns. The second is inbound. We create LinkedIn content for clients, and we need systems that help us capture the people showing interest. This includes people who comment, like, engage, view the client’s profile, visit the website, or show some other form of intent. From there, we need workflows that can enrich those people, score them against the client’s ICP, prioritize the best ones, and make them usable for follow-up. The same applies to website visitors. We want systems that can identify relevant visitors, enrich them, score them, and help us decide who is worth reaching out to. So the role is really about helping us build, customize, and improve GTM systems for clients. This may include: * Building client-specific lead generation systems using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, HeyReach, n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar tools * Creating ICP scoring systems for each client * Building enrichment workflows * Finding better lead sources beyond the obvious ones * Identifying relevant buying signals and intent triggers * Turning LinkedIn profile viewers, commenters, engagers, and website visitors into usable lead lists * Setting up outbound campaign infrastructure * Creating automations between tools * QAing lead quality before campaigns go live * Making sure the data is clean, relevant, and actually matches the client’s ICP * Helping us improve the system over time * Bringing new tools, ideas, and creative GTM approaches to the table I’m especially looking for someone who is creative. Someone who thinks outside the box. Someone who is always testing new tech, new AI tools, new GTM workflows, and new ways to find better leads. I do not want someone who just waits for instructions and executes tasks blindly. I want someone who can look at a client, understand their ICP, think through the market, challenge assumptions, and suggest better ways to find and prioritize the right prospects. Every client will be different. Different offer. Different market. Different ICP. Different buying triggers. Different data sources. Different scoring logic. So I need someone who is not just technical, but strategic enough to understand the business context behind the system they’re building. You should be comfortable with tools like: * LinkedIn Sales Navigator * Apollo * Clay * HeyReach or similar LinkedIn outreach tools * n8n / Zapier / Make * AI personalization tools * lead enrichment tools * website visitor identification tools * CRMs or reporting dashboards You do not need to be an expert in every single tool, but you should be strong enough with GTM systems that you can figure things out quickly. This is for someone who enjoys building systems for real client campaigns. Not just pulling lists. Not just scraping leads. Not just setting up basic automations. I’m looking for someone who can help build the backend of a serious LinkedIn acquisition agency and help us deploy these systems for multiple clients over time. Ideally, this starts as a contractor role, but if we work well together, this could become long-term work where you help set up and improve GTM systems for every new client we bring on.
