Go-to-Market & Growth Lead — B2B Fintech Launch (Strategy + Execution, German SMEs)

We're launching LakoFinance, a B2B finance platform for German companies that automates the entire invoice-to-cash process — from invoice to cash in the bank — including dunning, credit checks, and instant invoice financing. Our target market: German SMEs (Mittelstand) with real financing and liquidity needs — companies whose capital is tied up between invoice and payment, where factoring and invoice-to-cash are a concrete, pressing problem (e.g. trades & construction, services, agencies, production with long payment terms). We're looking for a Go-to-Market & Growth Lead to build, set up, and own our market entry from the ground up — and get us to our goal: 100 paying new customers on our Explorer plan within 8 weeks. You'll receive the product, positioning, and materials from us. From there, you build the strategy, choose the channels, set them up, and drive execution until results come in. This is an owner role, not a pure consulting gig: we want someone who doesn't just write the plan, but makes sure it works. Your responsibility: Develop the go-to-market and growth strategy for the launch (channels, funnel, messaging, offer) Pinpoint and reach German SMEs with genuine financing needs Build and launch the acquisition engine (e.g. outbound, partners/multipliers, inbound — you decide the mix) Set up tools, tracking, and processes Drive execution and coordinate or onboard any doers needed Optimize toward the goal and report weekly on what's working You bring: Proven track record in B2B growth / GTM, ideally fintech, factoring, lending, or financial services Experience launching from zero to first revenue — not just scaling existing funnels Ability to identify and reach businesses with financing/cashflow pain Strong understanding of efficient acquisition on a lean budget. Familiarity with the German B2B / Mittelstand market (German language skills a strong plus) Independent, results-driven approach — you drive, we only step in when needed Terms: Project-based, immediate start, initially 8 weeks with a clear goal.
