We are an early-stage HealthTech startup that has built SahAIbat DOK (www.sahaibatdok.com), a powerful clinical AI scribe tailored specifically for independent clinics and doctors in Indonesia to automate and streamline their daily medical charting. Before we finalize our upcoming Angel/VC fundraising rounds, we want to run a focused, aggressive validation campaign to test the market pulse, gather clinical feedback, and identify early adopters among independent doctors or Klinik Pratama. We are looking for a hungry, agile Market Insight & Growth Associate based in Indonesia to spearhead this local outreach. Key Responsibilities: Identify & Map Targets: Compile an active list of target independent clinics, community practitioners, and small clinic groups in your region/network. Cold Outreach & Discovery: Initiate contact with doctors/clinic managers to pitch the SahAIbat DOK value proposition. Schedule Validations: Secure 15-minute product feedback calls or product pilots between local doctors and our founding team. Gather Core Insights: Understand and report back on local clinic objections, workflow pain points, and pricing sensitivities. Who You Are (Preferred Qualifications): 1–2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or customer success in Indonesia. Crucial Advantage: Past experience working at an Indonesian tech/health startup where you interacted directly with corporate accounts or clinics. Deep understanding of how local Indonesian clinics operate daily. Exceptional communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; professional proficiency in English to collaborate directly with the founder.
