Summary

we are building a b2b saas company for vocational schools. We have strong early customer feedback and are now looking to identify growth levers. I am looking for someone to work closely with me on our go-to-market. I know our customers well and know what I want our marketing motion to be. However, I am high level thinking. I fall short when it comes to documentation and creating a step-by-step plan the team can execute. I want someone who's the opposite of me. Organized, linear, good at taking the stuff in my head and turning it into a clear plan with owners and timelines, then keeping it on track as things shift. Less "give me a strategy deck," more "help me get my own strategy out of my head and make it real." Day to day, that looks like sitting down with me to pull ideas into something concrete, building and maintaining the plan, tracking what's getting done, and managing the work across a small team and some contractors. Startup or SaaS go-to-market experience helps a lot. Mostly I care that you're a clear thinker who can bring structure without needing me to hand you structure first.
