Market & Positioning Analysis for a New Freelance Service Offering

I'm a solo consultant weighing whether to launch a new paid offering — a fast, fixed-price "scoping" service for clients who know they have a problem but haven't figured out what to build or hire for. Before I invest in building it out, I want an outside read on whether it's worth pursuing.
