Summary

We're a 50+ year home furnishings business based in India, building the content engine for three operating brands — manufacturing, designer-led catalogue, and product validation services. Primary markets: US, UK, GCC. We're hiring an editorial operator to own a bi-weekly newsletter that becomes the central output of all our marketing, and to extract LinkedIn thought leadership and social content from the same pipeline. The role Build and run a bi-weekly newsletter covering manufacturing intelligence, design-trade signals, product validation findings, designer features, and industry insights Draft 2 weeks of social content across three businesses each cycle (in-house team executes) Draft 2 weeks of founder thought leadership content for LinkedIn each cycle Run weekly extraction sessions with the founder, coordinate with industry contributors, build the AI prompt library and brief templates Performance reporting per batch Engagement model Fixed-cost, 2-week production batches. Each batch covers one newsletter, 2 weeks of social, and 2 weeks of thought leadership content. No long-term commitment — we run batches continuously as long as the work is landing. One-time setup fee covers foundation build before first batch. What we're looking for 5+ years running a B2B newsletter, trade publication, or content programme at sustained cadence — please share examples with shipping history Direct experience in home furnishings, furniture, design, hospitality, or premium home and lifestyle (or strong adjacent experience in trade/B2B with design-trade buyer exposure) Strong editorial judgment, not just writing skill AI-fluent — comfortable using Claude or GPT as your daily drafting layer Operational discipline — has shipped to deadline repeatedly, not strategised about content from a distance Context that matters One of our three brands has 52 years of operating history and an established audience. The other two are at day zero — being built from scratch in 2026, no established voice, minimal audience. We need someone comfortable building from nothing while drawing on the established brand's depth for credibility.
