I'm looking for an experienced Marketing Consultant with a strong Creative Strategy background tohelp improve the performance of my Meta Ads. I'm not looking for someone who simply reviews ads. I need someone who can identify why creativeswin, build repeatable systems, and turn performance data into a scalable creative strategy. Here's where I'm at: I've been running ads for a while, but my creative testing has never been properly structured. I need fresh, expert eyes to audit everything, uncover patterns, and build a framework that allows us to consistently produce better-performing creatives. What you'll help with: Full creative audit across videos, statics, UGC, and advertorials Review of campaign structure, testing methodology, and scaling strategy Breakdown by offer, angle, hook, concept, emotion, CTA, awareness stage, and customer avatar Identify winners, failed tests, creative fatigue, and missed opportunities Build systems to track creative performance, iterations, and winning patterns Create a clear roadmap of what to iterate, what to test next, and what to stop doing Recommend improvements to the overall creative workflow where relevant What I'm looking for: Proven experience as a Creative Strategist for Meta Ads Strong direct-response marketing knowledge Deep understanding of creative testing frameworks and iteration systems Ability to translate performance data into creative direction Experience working with brands producing high creative volume Familiar with 2026 Meta best practices Clear communication and structured deliverables This starts as a consulting engagement, with the potential for a long-term partnership if we're a goodfit. Please include: Examples of creative audits or strategic analyses you've completed Brands you've worked with and their approximate ad spend Your approach to auditing and improving a Meta Ads creative ecosystem
