Summary

Jaycon Systems is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to execute and optimize our B2B digital marketing initiatives across two business units: * Product Design, Engineering & Injection Molding Manufacturing Services * SaaS Quoting Platform This is a hands-on execution role, not a management-only position. The ideal candidate has extensive experience running digital marketing campaigns, managing websites, creating content, supporting lead generation, and improving marketing performance in technical, industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or SaaS environments. You will work directly with our Marketing Lead, who sets strategy and priorities. Your responsibility is to execute initiatives efficiently, accurately, and on schedule. ## Responsibilities ### Digital Marketing & Lead Generation * Execute and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing) * Manage and improve WordPress websites, landing pages, and conversion funnels * Conduct SEO keyword research and competitive analysis using SEMrush or similar tools * Implement and maintain tracking through Google Tag Manager and GA4 * Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve results ### Content Marketing & Social Media * Build and manage content calendars * Create and publish blogs, landing pages, case studies, email campaigns, and ad copy * Manage LinkedIn marketing initiatives focused on B2B lead generation * Coordinate with designers, video editors, and external resources as needed * Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve content production efficiency ### CRM & Marketing Automation * Manage lead intake, qualification, and pipeline tracking * Build and optimize email marketing and lead nurture workflows * Support marketing automation initiatives * Track lead attribution and marketing ROI ### Reporting & Optimization * Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports * Track KPIs including CPL, MQLs, conversion rates, traffic growth, and campaign performance * Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements * Ensure marketing data accuracy and reporting consistency ## Required Skills You must be able to personally perform the work, not simply oversee others. ### Required Experience * 6+ years of hands-on B2B digital marketing experience * Proven lead generation and pipeline growth experience * WordPress website management and landing page optimization * Google Ads campaign management * SEO fundamentals and keyword research * GA4 and Google Tag Manager * CRM management and marketing automation * Email marketing campaign execution * LinkedIn B2B marketing * AI-assisted content creation tools (ChatGPT or similar) ### Technical Skills * WordPress * Google Ads * Reddit Ads * Google Analytics 4 (GA4) * Google Tag Manager * SEMrush or similar SEO tools * Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) * Email marketing platforms * Basic HTML/CSS * Basic video editing ### Additional Strengths * Strong copywriting and content creation abilities * Project management and organizational skills * Excellent quality assurance and attention to detail * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision ## Preferred Qualifications * Experience marketing manufacturing, engineering, product development, prototyping, or industrial services * SaaS B2B marketing experience * ERPNext CRM or Marketing module experience * Experience coordinating internal or outsourced creative resources ## Availability Requirements * Professional-level English communication skills * Available for meetings during U.S. Eastern Time business hours * Able to dedicate consistent working hours to the role * Seeking a long-term engagement, not a side project ## Success Metrics Performance will be evaluated based on: * Cost Per Lead (CPL) * Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) * Landing Page Conversion Rates * Marketing-Sourced Pipeline Growth * Google Ads Performance * Organic & Paid Website Traffic Growth * Email Campaign Performance * CRM Data Accuracy
