Explore the job description below: Marketing Coordinator & Growth Operations Coordinator Position Overview Our agency is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator & Growth Operations Coordinator to support marketing execution, community engagement, lead generation, partnership development, and cross-functional project coordination. This role will work closely with leadership to help drive awareness, customer engagement, and growth initiatives for one of our growing startup clients within the legal industry. Key Responsibilities - Social Media & Community Engagement - Support social media community management across LinkedIn and other channels. - Engage with attorneys, legal professionals, industry associations, and relevant communities through comments, likes, shares, and direct engagement. - Identify relevant legal, eDiscovery, litigation support, and legal technology communities for ongoing participation. - Monitor conversations and identify opportunities for engagement and thought leadership. - Research & Competitive Intelligence - Conduct competitive research on legal technology platforms, document review providers, eDiscovery solutions, and related services. - Analyze competitor messaging, free trial strategies, pricing approaches, integrations, product positioning, and marketing campaigns. - Research emerging legal technology trends and provide actionable insights. - Lead Generation & Business Development Support - Build and maintain prospect databases, including law firms, solo practitioners, litigation boutiques, legal aid organizations, bar associations, law schools, conferences, and strategic partners. - Research speaking opportunities, sponsorships, partnerships, and industry events. - Support LinkedIn outreach campaigns and relationship-building initiatives. - Assist with lead nurturing activities and follow-up workflows. Marketing Operations - Support CRM management and data organization within HubSpot. - Assist with email marketing campaigns, webinar promotions, event communications, and audience segmentation. - Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports. - Maintain marketing calendars and campaign schedules. Project Coordination - Coordinate projects between leadership, marketing, developers, designers, and external vendors. - Track project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines. - Organize meetings, document action items, and ensure follow-through. - Help keep marketing, growth, and partnership initiatives on schedule. Events & Partnerships - Research and support conference, sponsorship, and event opportunities. - Assist with webinar coordination and event logistics. - Support relationship management with partners, associations, and industry organizations. Preferred Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, project coordination, business development support, or a related role. - Strong organizational and project management skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn, and marketing automation platforms. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Experience working with legal, professional services, SaaS, or technology organizations is a plus. - Self-starter with strong attention to detail and follow-through. Success in This Role - Marketing campaigns and initiatives are executed efficiently and on schedule. - Lead generation and outreach efforts consistently support business growth. - Community engagement strengthens brand visibility and industry relationships. - Internal projects remain organized and moving forward. - Coordinator maintains accurate reporting, organized systems, and reliable support.
