We ensure our clients never lose revenue by eliminating internet, phone, and WiFi outages across their locations. Guaranteed. We're a $7M+ ARR, growing toward $20M by 2027, and we're building the marketing engine that closes the gap. This role doesn't exist yet. There's no playbook to inherit, no campaigns to optimize. You're building from zero, and that's exactly the point. The Role This is an execution role. The Head of Demand Generation sets the strategy. You make it happen. If you're the type of person who needs to be told exactly what to do every day, this isn't for you. If you're the type who looks at a campaign plan and immediately starts figuring out how to execute it — welcome home, we want you on our team. What You'll Execute Day-to-Day Email campaigns and sequences - build, schedule, and monitor key metrics to ensure we are on target Content calendar - own the publishing calendar across social, email, and the website Landing pages and lead magnets - build and test, track conversion rates, and methodically improve conversion rates every day Blog Social media - LinkedIn, X, Meta, consistent posting tied to ICP targeting Campaign performance tracking - weekly KPI dashboard updated without being asked Event coordination - trade shows, conferences, webinars — logistics, materials, follow-up sequences Customer case studies - identify candidates, coordinate interviews, produce written and video assets and publish publicly to be discovered Website updates - content updates, landing page creation, SEO Graphic design - Canva or equivalent, for social, ads, one-pagers, and email assets The Non-Negotiables Website updates (Wordpress) (show me pages and copies you have written on a live website) Blog writing (share the top 3 best performing blogs) SEO / GEO / AIO (show me metrics from beginning to end) Social Media Post (show me the top 3 most successful social posts) Lead Magnets (share examples of top 3 most successful) You've executed B2B marketing campaigns - not just assisted, executed, with metrics to show for it You've built automations and sequences, personalized based on interest and engagement Copywriting is a genuine strength - you can write a cold email subject line and a LinkedIn post that actually gets engagement and drives MQLs You're organized without being told to be - you manage your own deadlines and to-do list You're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift, and you adapt without losing output quality Basic graphic design - you don't need to be a designer, but you can produce clean, on-brand materials What Success Looks Like Week 1: All active campaigns documented, CRM cleaned up, content calendar live Week 2: Consistent content publishing cadence, email sequences running, weekly KPI report delivered to the CEO every Monday Month 1: Measurable improvement in email open/click rates, social engagement trending up, at least 3 customer case studies published What We Offer Competitive salary + performance bonus Direct mentorship from a metrics-driven founder and a senior demand gen lead Real ownership, your work is visible and measured, not buried in a large team Clear path to growth as the marketing function scales Who Should NOT Apply Social media managers who haven't worked in a B2B environment You need creative direction for every piece of content, and not a self-starter You can't show specific metrics from campaigns you've run Lacks the creativity to think outside the box
