Marketing Funnel, CRM & AI Optimization Expert Needed

I’m looking for an experienced marketing strategist and CRM/automation expert to audit and improve my lead generation system. My current funnel (Meta ads → landing page → GoHighLevel CRM with AI-assisted outreach) is generating leads, but quality is the problem. Leads arrive confused about the offer, skew older than expected, and get further confused when the AI assistant reaches out. I suspect the messaging is diluted — the page presents a primary offer plus several secondary value-adds. What I Need • Audit the website, landing pages, messaging, and offer positioning • Review CRM workflows, nurture sequences, and AI assistant conversation flows • Diagnose why leads are confused or poorly qualified • Give an honest verdict: optimize what exists, or rebuild — and why • Potentially implement the changes (start with audit, extend for the right person) Ideal Candidate • Strong direct-response marketing background (offer positioning, conversion copy) • Hands-on GoHighLevel experience (funnels, workflows, AI employee flows) • Experience fixing lead quality problems, not just lead volume • Comfortable challenging assumptions and telling me what’s actually wrong Goal I don’t want small tweaks. I want an objective evaluation of the whole system: what’s working, what isn’t, whether my strategy makes sense, and the best path to better-qualified leads. Generic proposals will be ignored.
