Marketing & Growth Manager (B2B & Zoho Experience)

Gienic is a fast-growing Australian B2B clinical and facility supplies business serving aged care facilities, dental practices, and universities. we are currently recruiting a team to help us double our current revenue within the next 12 months. We are looking for an experienced B2B marketing operator to build our marketing function from scratch. There is no existing system in place — no email automation, no content calendar, no paid media running. What there is: a clear strategy, a strong brand, a loyal customer base, and a founder ready to hand marketing to the right person. What you will own: Email marketing — re-engagement campaigns, nurture sequences, and account onboarding flows WooCommerce website — product accuracy, SEO, and conversion improvement LinkedIn and content — building brand authority in theclinical supply sector Reporting — setting up dashboards so marketing is accountable to revenue, not just clicks What we need from you: Proven B2B marketing experience — you have marketed to business buyers, not consumers Zoho CRM or Zoho Marketing Automation experience — hands-on, not just familiar WooCommerce experience — you have worked with WooCommerce or a comparable B2B eCommerce platform Strong copywriting — you write in the customer's voice, not in marketing jargon Data-driven approach — you track results and make decisions from them Nice to have: Healthcare, aged care, or clinical supply marketing background Australian market knowledge Account-based marketing (ABM) experience Experience working with a remote team across time zones This is an ongoing contract role at 30 hours per week to start, with potential to grow. We move quickly with candidates who are specific about what they would do and why.
