Summary

We're a UK-based digital marketing agency (SEO, Google Ads and Web design) looking for a hands-on Marketing & Lead Generation Manager to own our marketing function and, above all, fill our pipeline with qualified B2B leads. This is a doer role, not a delegator role. You'll build the strategy and execute it - running campaigns, writing copy, and generating leads for our own services. You'll effectively be our head of marketing. What you'll own: End-to-end lead generation for our agency's services (B2B, UK market) Planning and running campaigns across paid and organic channels Building and optimising our own funnels, landing pages, and outreach Tracking pipeline, cost per lead, and conversion — and improving them Reporting results clearly and owning the numbers You must have: Proven experience generating B2B leads for services businesses Experience working with UK-based companies (you don't need to be UK-based) Agency-side experience (working in or for a marketing/digital agency) Fluent, professional English (written and spoken) Case studies or results you can show — real numbers, real outcomes Nice to have: Experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads and Meta Ads, Cold email / outbound lead gen experience Hours: Monday–Friday, full-time.
