About Us: Lovebird Healthcare Solutions is a growing healthcare organization serving seniors, caregivers, and families throughout Illinois. We are building a long-term content and marketing ecosystem that supports multiple brands, including: Lovebird Healthcare Solutions Birdie Foundation Nest Senior Living Homes Lovebird Healthcare Academy Gloria L. Baker Personal Brand We are looking for a highly organized Marketing Manager to lead our marketing department and coordinate our growing creative team. This is not a basic social media role. We already have a Graphic Designer and Video Editor. We need someone who can lead the department, manage projects, create content plans, and ensure our marketing efforts are executed consistently. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Leadership Develop and manage monthly marketing calendars Create weekly content plans Assign tasks to designers and video editors Ensure projects stay on schedule Coordinate marketing campaigns across brands Build and improve marketing workflows Content Management Plan content for: Instagram Facebook Facebook Groups LinkedIn TikTok YouTube Repurpose content across multiple platforms Review content before publishing Ensure brand consistency Growth & Community Grow audiences organically Support Facebook Group growth Build LinkedIn authority Support community engagement Identify partnership opportunities Campaign Management Coordinate awareness campaigns Launch digital products Support webinar and workshop promotion Assist with lead generation efforts Reporting & Analytics Track marketing KPIs Provide weekly and monthly reports Identify top-performing content Recommend improvements Required Skills Marketing project management Social media management Content planning Team coordination Canva knowledge Basic video editing knowledge Analytics and reporting Preferred Experience Healthcare marketing Senior care industry Personal brand growth Facebook Groups Email marketing Marketing agency experience Success in This Role Within the first 30 days, this person should: Build a complete marketing calendar Organize content workflows Successfully manage designer and editor tasks Improve content consistency Increase engagement across platforms Reduce Gloria's day-to-day marketing workload Application Instructions Start your proposal with: LOVEbird Please include: Examples of teams you have managed Marketing calendars you have created Brands you have helped grow Your experience managing designers and video editors Why you are interested in building a long-term healthcare brand ecosystem
