Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the company’s overall marketing strategy. Create marketing plans that support sales, lead generation, and profitability. Develop campaigns to attract new customers, clients, and partners. Manage brand messaging, content direction, and promotional strategies. Work with the sales team to make sure marketing efforts turn into real revenue. Identify target audiences and create strategies to reach them effectively. Plan and oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email, ads, and website content. Track campaign performance, review results, and improve strategies based on data. Help create marketing materials, offers, presentations, and promotional content. Research competitors, market trends, and customer needs. Bring new ideas to increase visibility, engagement, and business growth. Work closely with leadership to help make the company profitable and sustainable. Qualifications Proven experience in marketing, brand strategy, digital marketing, or growth marketing. Strong understanding of lead generation, customer acquisition, and campaign planning. Ability to create and execute marketing strategies that support revenue goals. Good communication, writing, planning, and leadership skills. Experience with social media, email marketing, advertising, or content marketing is a plus. Comfortable reviewing data and improving campaigns based on performance.
