As a startup, we are building our brand with a long-term vision of becoming a trusted procurement and supply chain consulting partner across the Middle East and international markets. We are looking for an entrepreneurial Marketing Manager who is excited to grow with us—not just work for us. Compensation Structure Please note that this is a startup opportunity. Rather than offering a fixed monthly salary at this stage, we are seeking a marketing professional who is confident in generating qualified business opportunities and is interested in a performance-based compensation model. The successful candidate will receive an agreed percentage of the net value of every contract successfully secured through their marketing and business development efforts. There is no cap on earnings—the more business you help generate, the more you earn. As SCM Arena grows, we expect this role to evolve into a long-term leadership position with additional compensation opportunities. What Success Looks Like Within the first 6–12 months, your objective will be to help SCM Arena establish a strong market presence and generate consulting opportunities in our core areas of expertise, including: Procurement Consulting Strategic Sourcing Procurement Outsourcing Supplier Management Project Procurement Expediting Services Long Lead Item Management Supply Chain Optimization EPC Procurement Support If you are looking for a traditional salaried marketing role, this position is probably not the right fit.
