We are looking for a proactive Marketing Manager to take full ownership of the marketing ecosystem for our brands. We don’t want to micromanage you; we want a partner who can see the big picture, execute the details, and keep the leads flowing. Key Responsibilities Full-Funnel Management: Independent oversight of all brand marketing activities. Creative Production: Creating and finalizing high-converting ad images and videos. Copywriting: Writing persuasive scripts for ads and landing pages. Media Buying: Launching, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns (Meta, Google, or TikTok). Lead Generation: Ensuring a consistent volume of high-quality leads. CRM & Tracking: Utilizing our CRM to track lead flow, manage follow-ups, and report on ROI. Accountability: Ensuring all systems are running smoothly without needing constant reminders. Who You Are A Self-Starter: You don’t wait for instructions. You identify problems and fix them. Data-Driven: You love looking at metrics to see what’s working and what isn't. Technically Savvy: You are comfortable jumping into CRMs and ad managers.
