Marketing Operations Work for SEO Agency

We are an SEO agency looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help with ongoing marketing operations and content publishing tasks. This role is best for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable following step-by-step instructions. We already have a team of VAs and internal processes, but we are looking to add another strong person to help us keep our marketing tasks moving. Most tasks will be explained through written instructions or short training videos. What you’ll help with Tasks may include: * Posting content on LinkedIn * Uploading blog posts to websites * Formatting blog posts before publishing * Uploading videos to YouTube * Adding titles, descriptions, links, and basic video details * Making light website updates * Helping with simple content formatting in Google Docs * Organizing marketing files and assets * Light graphic design or Canva-style updates * Basic video editing or trimming, if you have that experience * Following checklists and double-checking work before submitting This is not a strategy-heavy role. We are mainly looking for someone who can help execute marketing tasks carefully and consistently. Tools you may use Experience with all of these is not required, but familiarity with similar tools is helpful: * Google Docs * Google Sheets * WordPress or other website CMS platforms * LinkedIn * YouTube * Canva * Basic video editing tools * Project management tools * ChatGPT or AI tools, as a plus What we’re looking for The ideal person has experience helping with marketing execution and is comfortable keeping content, assets, and tasks organized. The most important qualities are: Experience posting or formatting marketing content Comfortable working inside websites, social platforms, YouTube, or similar publishing tools Strong sense of organization with files, links, drafts, assets, and task statuses Ability to follow a content publishing checklist from start to finish Good eye for formatting, spacing, links, images, titles, and basic presentation Comfortable taking raw content and preparing it for publishing Able to catch small issues before something goes live Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, blog publishing, social media, or agency work You do not need to create the marketing strategy, but you should be comfortable helping execute and organize marketing tasks across different platforms. Trial task We will likely start with a paid trial task to see how well you follow instructions, communicate, and complete the work. If the trial goes well, this can become a long-term ongoing role.
