Atomic Health is a lean healthcare branding agency. We need someone to own the day-to-day marketing ops layer, no committee, no hand-holding. What you'll own - Website management: content updates, page optimization, launching case studies/blog posts, coordinating with dev on technical fixes - HubSpot admin: workflows, forms, pipeline config, lead attribution, reporting - AI/SEO: content development, keyword targeting, answer engine optimization, measuring results - Social: light LinkedIn presence, repurposing content, maintaining cadence You're a fit if - 3+ years B2B marketing ops, growth, or digital marketing (agency experience a plus) - You've actually configured HubSpot, not just used it - You have SEO results you can show, rankings, traffic lift, before/after - You use AI tools daily and know the difference between SEO and AEO - Healthcare/healthtech background preferred Not a fit if - You need a full team behind you to ship - Your HubSpot experience is end-user only - You've never owned a content or SEO roadmap 90-day target: clean HubSpot attribution, documented publishing pipeline, measurable SEO lift on 3+ pages, prioritized 6-month roadmap. Looking for a longer-term retainer relationship.
