About the Role Daniel DeBrocke Coaching is an online fitness coaching business serving high-achieving professional men who want to get back in shape without generic programs that ignore their real life. We're looking for a part-time, virtual Marketing Strategist to take full ownership of growing our audience, our email list, and our consultation/sales pipeline with one integrated strategy driving everything, not disconnected tactics. This is not an execution-only role and not a "do a bit of everything" VA role. You will own the strategy end-to-end: you decide what we do, when, and why across content, social growth, email marketing, promotions, and paid ads, and you're accountable for the results. Daniel will step back from day-to-day marketing decisions to focus on coaching and content filming; you're the one steering the ship. Hours: 15 hours/week Compensation: Up to $1,000 CAD/month, based on experience Location: Fully remote/virtual Start structure: 60-day trial period with a defined strategy deliverable, followed by an ongoing arrangement if it's a strong fit What You'll Own • Comprehensive growth strategy one synergistic plan tying together content, social growth, email list building, promotions, and paid advertising, not siloed tactics • Content strategy & calendar direction and planning for Instagram and YouTube content (Daniel films; you plan what, when, and why) • Paid advertising strategy & execution Meta Ads Manager campaign planning, targeting, budget allocation (within agreed limits), and performance optimization • Email marketing & list growth strategy and build-out of sequences, newsletters, and list-building campaigns in GoHighLevel (GHL) • Promotions & offer campaigns planning and running promotional pushes tied to consultation bookings and sales • Reporting & iteration weekly/biweekly review of what's working, what's not, and what changes next What's Outside This Role • No Instagram DM or comment management (analytics access only) • No client coaching or content filming (Daniel's role) • No bookkeeping/accounting (handled separately) • No personal/administrative tasks — this is 100% marketing-focused Tools & Access You'll Use Instagram (analytics only), Meta Ads Manager, GoHighLevel (CRM/email/automation), Canva, and Claude (AI) as a copywriting and content-production resource you can direct for drafts, ad copy, email copy, and scripts. Who You Are • Proven experience building and running marketing strategy for a service-based or coaching/personal-brand business, not just executing someone else's plan • Comfortable owning paid ad budgets and being accountable for ROI • Strong writer/strategist who can direct AI tools (like Claude) for production work rather than doing every piece of content from scratch yourself • Self-directed — you'll get context and goals, not step-by-step instructions • Available for a weekly/biweekly strategy check-in call Pay will scale up to $1000CAD per month and beyond based on production.
