We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist who enjoys solving marketing challenges, building clear strategies, and working closely with clients and internal teams. What You'll Do Create digital marketing strategies that align with each client's goals and growth plans. Build go-to-market strategies, including messaging, marketing channels, and content direction. Work with designers, content creators, paid media specialists, SEO specialists, and project managers to bring strategies to life. Research industries, competitors, and target audiences to uncover growth opportunities. Review campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve results. Present strategies and insights clearly to both clients and internal teams. Stay up to date with changes in digital marketing and share new ideas that can benefit our clients. What We're Looking For At least 7 years of experience developing digital marketing strategies. Solid understanding of SEO, paid advertising, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and overall digital marketing strategy. Comfortable using data to identify opportunities and make strategic recommendations. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain marketing strategies in a clear and simple way. Organized and comfortable managing work using tools like ClickUp, Slack, Microsoft Office, and Canva (or similar platforms). Someone who enjoys learning and keeping up with new marketing trends. Strong experience working with one or more of these industries: Beauty Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Medical Retail Health & Wellness Fashion E-commerce Bonus Points If You Have Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
