Marketing Strategist | Digital Marketing Agency

We're a digital marketing agency that helps businesses grow through smart marketing strategies. We work across SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, Email Marketing, Content, Digital PR, and Conversion Rate Optimization. We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist who enjoys planning, solving marketing challenges, and working with both clients and internal teams. What You'll Do Create marketing strategies based on each client's goals. Build go-to-market plans, including messaging, marketing channels, and content direction. Work closely with our SEO, Paid Media, Content, Creative, and Project Management teams. Research competitors, industries, and target audiences to find new growth opportunities. Review campaign results and recommend ways to improve performance. Present marketing strategies and reports to clients in a clear and easy-to-understand way. Keep up with changes in digital marketing and bring fresh ideas to the team. What We're Looking For At least 7 years of experience creating digital marketing strategies. Experience working with businesses in one or more of these industries: Beauty Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Medical Retail Health & Wellness Fashion E-commerce Good understanding of SEO, paid advertising, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Comfortable using data to make marketing decisions. Strong communication and organization skills. Experience using ClickUp, Slack, Microsoft Office, Canva, or similar tools. Someone who enjoys learning and staying current with digital marketing trends. Bonus Points You've worked at a digital marketing agency before. You're comfortable working directly with clients and presenting marketing strategies.
