Summary About the role We're looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing strategist to grow TDU's presence across key markets. You'll own strategy from insight to activation — building campaigns that connect 10,000+ travel agents to Australia and New Zealand's most compelling experiences, and directly driving lead generation and sales growth. What you'll do Develop integrated marketing strategies targeting B2B travel agent audiences Manage digital channels including email, social, SEO, and paid campaigns Collaborate with product teams on go-to-market for new tour packages and MICE offerings Drive agent engagement through TDU's platform and exclusive deals promotions Track and report on campaign performance and pipeline impact Build brand awareness in new and existing markets What we're looking for 3+ years in marketing strategy Experience marketing to B2B audiences, especially trade/agent channels Strong command of digital marketing: email, social, paid, content, SEO Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools (HubSpot, GA4 or similar) Proven ability to build and execute lead generation strategies that convert to sales Experience designing sales funnels and nurture journeys for B2B audiences Track record of measurable revenue or pipeline growth through marketing initiatives Excellent communication and stakeholder presentation skills Degree in marketing, communications, or related field
