We are seeking a highly organized and technology-driven Marketing Technology & Partnership Specialist to support our marketing operations, partnership development, CRM management, and digital outreach initiatives. -Key Responsibilities- - Manage and optimize CRM systems and marketing automation tools. - Support business development and partnership outreach activities. - Conduct market research and identify potential partners, clients, and opportunities. - Create and manage email marketing campaigns and follow-up sequences. - Track leads, opportunities, and business development activities. - Assist in developing marketing materials, presentations, and proposals. - Maintain accurate records and reports using CRM and project management tools. - Coordinate with internal teams to support sales, marketing, and partnership initiatives. - Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement. - Utilize AI tools and digital platforms to improve productivity and efficiency. -Required Qualifications- - Experience in marketing technology, CRM management, digital marketing, or business development. - Strong understanding of platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Mailchimp, or similar tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Strong organizational and project management abilities. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools such as Asana or Monday.com. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. -Preferred Qualifications- - Experience in the travel, education, hospitality, or international business sectors. - Knowledge of U.S. and GCC markets. - Experience with AI-powered productivity and marketing tools. - Arabic language skills are a plus. -Success Metrics- - Lead generation and conversion performance. - CRM data accuracy and management. - Partnership outreach effectiveness. - Campaign performance and reporting quality. - Timely completion of assigned projects and initiatives. -Compensation- Competitive compensation based on experience, qualifications, and scope of work.
