🖤 Marketing Virtual Assistant (Real Estate) | Full-Time | Remote I’m a busy Realtor in Central Florida looking for a proactive Marketing Virtual Assistant who can help grow my brand, market listings, and keep marketing systems running consistently. This is NOT a “wait for instructions” role. I’m looking for someone who takes initiative, notices what needs to be done, and helps move projects forward. Responsibilities: • Social media posting (Instagram & Facebook) • Content scheduling and engagement • Canva graphics for listings and marketing • Email marketing (Flodesk or similar) • Short-form video editing (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) • CRM organization and lead management • Appointment scheduling and administrative support Requirements: • Strong Canva skills • Excellent English communication • Available Monday–Friday during Eastern Time business hours • Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented • Reliable internet and computer Bonus Skills: • Real estate experience • Spanish fluency • Lofty or Follow Up Boss experience • Flodesk, Mailchimp, or ConvertKit • CapCut video editing • ChatGPT and AI tools Compensation: $750/month (Full-Time) To Apply: 1.
