We run 1-week trips on sailing yachts for people who want real adventure and real connection — solo travelers, dreamers and doers who come for the sea and leave with a new community. Our whole brand is built on trust and real stories, not glossy "luxury" clichés. We're a small, fast-moving team, and marketing is central to how we grow. The role in one line We're evolving this position. AI now does a huge amount of our marketing production — so we're not hiring someone to churn out posts by hand. We're hiring someone to be a right-hand of the CMO, run the AI, guarantee the quality, and build the systems behind our marketing, plus own the hands-on work AI can't safely touch. If you're excited by AI but have the taste and judgment to know when its output is wrong, generic, or off-brand — this is for you. What you'll do - Run AI-assisted production — use ChatGPT/Claude to produce social content plans, captions, email campaigns, research and ad copy, working from our brand guidelines and knowledge base. Review and edit every piece of AI output so it's accurate, human, and sounds like us before it goes live. - Marketing ops & reporting — Post and schedule content in our social media and send marketing emails. You will work with our content editor who creates reels and stories. Be ready for some trend watching on social media - Website execution — create from the templates and update trip pages on Tilda, keep info accurate, and maintain the technical connection between the website and our CRM (NetHunt). We will teach you to do that; nothing complicated. - Keep the system tidy — create and maintain SOPs, prompt templates, and our Notion knowledge base so the whole engine runs faster and more reliably. What we're looking for Must-haves: - Excellent written English and a sharp editing eye — you catch what others miss - Real, hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude): you prompt well *and*, more importantly, you judge and fix the output - Experience with Meta Business Suite / Meta Ads Manager - Comfortable with website builders (Tilda a big plus) and basic CRM work - Social media marketing experience (Instagram/Facebook) with a feel for what actually performs - Highly organized, reliable, self-managing, and genuinely detail-obsessed - You should have European timezone (CET +- 3 hrs max) Nice-to-haves: - Basic design sense to brief a designer well - A love of the sea and mindful travel What you will love about working with us: - Every year you will go on one of our trips for free - Established systems and structures, no chaos - Healthy atmosphere in the international team - Tasks with purpose and visible results of your work Tools you'll use Notion · Meta Business Suite & Ads Manager · Tilda · NetHunt CRM · ChatGPT/Claude Details - 100% remote - Part-time, long-term - 15-20 hours per week, flexible working hours - Compensation: 700-1000 EUR fixed base + performance bonuses tied to real results (leads, engagement growth, quality). - Freelance contract How to apply Because this role is all about judgment, start your proposal with the word "COMPASS" so we know you read to the end.
