Responsibilities Perform accurate Manual J Load Calculations for residential projects. Ensure all HVAC designs comply with applicable codes and industry standards. Review project plans and provide complete HVAC load calculations. Deliver projects on time with a high level of accuracy. Communicate with our team regarding project requirements and revisions when necessary. Requirements Mechanical Engineering background or equivalent HVAC design experience. Strong knowledge of ACCA Manual J load calculations. Experience using HVAC design software such as Wrightsoft, Elite, Cool Calc, or similar. Ability to read architectural and mechanical plans. Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills. Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely. Compensation $20 USD per completed Manual J design.
