Mechanical Engineer for Gym Equipment

I need a mechanical engineer to refine an existing concept into a fully engineered, production-ready design for commercial gym equipment. The work includes optimizing the CAD model, designing mechanical components and assemblies, ensuring structural integrity and manufacturability, selecting materials and manufacturing methods, and identifying potential failure points. Deliverables should include production-ready CAD files, STEP/IGES files, detailed engineering drawings with dimensions and tolerances, a Bill of Materials, assembly instructions, and any additional files needed for manufacturing. Experience with commercial fitness equipment, heavy-duty mechanical products, or welded steel assemblies is preferred.
