Mechanical Engineer with Management experience

We are looking for a full-time Mechanical Design Engineer with strong experience in Autodesk Fusion 360 and the creation of manufacturing drawings. This is a long-term remote position for someone with strong project management and leadership skills who can take ownership of engineering projects from start to finish, coordinate project activities, manage priorities, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently met. Responsibilities include coordinating and managing engineering activities, creating 3D models and assemblies, producing professional 2D technical drawings, and optimizing designs for manufacturing. The ideal candidate combines strong technical engineering skills with excellent organizational and leadership abilities. You are highly responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, punctual, fluent in English, and comfortable taking the lead in a fast-paced project environment. We are looking for someone who follows through on commitments, communicates clearly, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering precise and accurate work. A perfectionist mindset, strong leadership skills, and a high sense of accountability are highly valued. Our projects are deadline-driven, so flexibility is important. This is not a strict 9-to-5 role, and occasional evening or weekend work may be required to meet project milestones. Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a paid test project.
