Mechanical Marble Run Designer Needed (3mm MDF Laser Cut DIY STEM Toy)

We are launching a new STEM toy brand called Gearoo and are looking for an experienced Mechanical Product Designer to develop an original laser-cut mechanical marble run puzzle. The goal is to create a premium DIY wooden mechanical model similar to high-end marble run kits, but with our own unique design and branding. The design should be optimized for manufacturing using 3mm MDF sheets and laser cutting machines (RDWorks compatible). Project Scope Design a fully functional mechanical marble run that includes: Hand-crank driven mechanism Gear transmission system Marble lifting mechanism Multiple marble tracks and pathways Automatic marble circulation Structural support frame Interactive moving components Easy-to-understand assembly process The final design should provide an engaging STEM learning experience demonstrating mechanical engineering concepts such as gears, motion transfer, gravity, and kinetic energy.
