Media Buyer Lead Generation Real Estate Seller Leads

We are looking for a highly skilled and reliable Lead Generation Specialist to join our team for a long-term collaboration. The primary focus will be generating high-quality, motivated seller leads for our real estate wholesale business. This role goes beyond basic lead generation — we are looking for someone who understands performance marketing deeply and can manage, optimise, and scale campaigns across multiple industries over time. Responsibilities: * Build and manage lead generation systems for real estate wholesale (motivated sellers) * Launch, optimise, and scale paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google PPC, etc.) * Work with both ABO and CBO campaign structures effectively * Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, qualified leads * Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve cost per lead and conversion rates * Handle lead quality issues and troubleshoot campaign performance * Collaborate with our internal team to improve funnels and lead handling processes * Potentially support lead generation efforts in other industries as we expand Requirements: * Proven experience in real estate lead generation (wholesale experience preferred) * Strong expertise in PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads) * Deep understanding of ABO vs CBO strategies * Ability to generate consistent, high-quality leads (not just volume) * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Experience working with CRMs, landing pages, and funnels * Fluent English communication Nice to Have: * Experience with multi-industry lead generation * Funnel building (ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, etc.) * Experience handling inbound lead qualification systems Scope: Large (Ongoing, long-term role) Level of Expertise: Intermediate to Expert Budget: $15 – $30 per hour (based on experience and performance) Important: We are looking for someone long-term who can grow with us and take ownership of the lead generation system.
