We are seeking an experienced Medical Affairs consultant to help shape and advance strategic initiatives within a biotech environment. This engagement requires someone who can combine Medical Affairs expertise with practical, execution-oriented thinking. Engagement Outline Assess current Medical Affairs priorities and opportunities Develop KOL and external expert engagement approaches Shape medical education and scientific engagement initiatives Build actionable Medical Affairs plans and workstreams Align internal stakeholders around priorities and next steps Provide strategic recommendations through execution planning Prerequisites 7+ years of Medical Affairs experience in biotech or pharma Strong experience with KOL/external expert engagement Background in medical education and scientific communications Experience developing Medical Affairs strategies and plans Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to work independently in a consulting/advisory capacity Preferred: Previous consulting experience supporting biotech companies, product launches, or Medical Affairs transformation initiatives.
