Virtual Medical Assistant **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Medical Assistant to join our online medical practice. This role involves supporting the clinical team with efficient communication, managing medication orders, and maintaining the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in a clinical environment, and a strong understanding of medical processes. Must be available to work 9 AM–5 PM Eastern, with flexibility to shift your start time by a few hours depending on scheduling needs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle patient calls and texts, including post-consult follow-up calls - Manage refill invoices, lab order coordination, and billing escalations - Assist with medication orders and prescription management - Maintain and update patient records in the EHR system - Manage relationship with your assigned clinician **Requirements:** - Experience in a medical assistant role, preferably in a virtual setting - Familiarity with EHR systems - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment *Please include a short audio recording introducing yourself.
