Medical Billing Client Success Manager / US Healthcare

Job Description: We are seeking a Client Success & Sales Manager who will manage client meetings, present our medical billing services, and ensure client onboarding. In this role, you will work closely with our Business Development team, who will bring in leads, while you will focus on turning those leads into loyal clients. Responsibilities: Conduct professional meetings with potential clients (virtually or in person) to present our medical billing and RCM services. Engage with practice managers, physicians, and healthcare decision-makers to understand their needs and demonstrate the value of our services. Handle objections and guide clients through our offerings, ensuring they understand how we will optimize their revenue cycle. Build trust and foster strong relationships, ensuring clients are confident in our process. Work closely with the internal team to ensure a smooth handoff from onboarding to ongoing client success. Requirements: Proven experience in client-facing sales roles, especially in healthcare, medical billing, or revenue cycle management. Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to handle client objections professionally. Familiarity with US healthcare providers and understanding of medical billing challenges. Ability to guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they feel supported throughout. Preferred: Prior experience in client acquisition or account management within a medical billing or RCM company. Familiarity with tools like CRMs to track client interactions.
