U.S. Medical Billing / Collections Specialist Needed

We are looking for an experienced Medical Billing / Collections Specialist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with U.S. medical billing, insurance companies, claims follow-up, denied/rejected claims, and payment processes. Responsibilities: Work with medical claims and insurance payments Monitor unpaid claims and overdue balances Follow up on denied or rejected claims Communicate with U.S. insurance companies Verify patient insurance information Post payments, adjustments, and account updates Work with EMR/EHR systems and insurance portals Maintain accurate records and follow internal processes Requirements: Experience in U.S. Medical Billing / Collections Experience working with U.S. insurance companies Understanding of medical claims, denials, payments, and collections Experience with EMR/EHR systems or insurance online portals Good written and spoken English Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and organization Ability to work remotely and follow a U.S. business schedule We Offer: Remote full-time position Salary in USD Paid training Onboarding support Regular bonuses based on performance Long-term cooperation Friendly and supportive team Work Schedule: Full-time position, 5 working days per week, aligned with U.S. business hours.
