Medical Coder (Offshore)

Who We Are We are a busy U.S.-based Pain Management practice focused on delivering exceptional patient care while maintaining accurate, compliant, and efficient coding and billing processes. Our team specializes in evaluating and treating patients with chronic pain conditions through medication management, interventional procedures, and comprehensive treatment plans. Who We Are Looking For We are seeking an experienced Offshore Medical Coder with strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding. Candidates with Pain Management coding experience are highly preferred. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with providers and billing staff. Responsibilities Review medical records and provider documentation. Assign accurate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes. Ensure coding compliance with payer and regulatory guidelines. Identify and correct coding discrepancies. Work with providers and billing personnel to support clean claims and accurate reimbursement. Stay current on coding updates and industry requirements. Assist with coding audits and quality assurance reviews. Qualifications CPC, CCS, or equivalent coding certification preferred. Minimum of 2 years of medical coding experience. Pain Management coding experience preferred. Strong understanding of modifiers, medical terminology, and coding guidelines. Experience working with U.S. healthcare providers. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Work Method Fully Remote (Offshore) Flexible schedule with availability during U.S. business hours preferred.
