Medical Data Entry — Clinical Lab Results into LIS (Accuracy Critical)

Our CLIA-certified clinical lab needs one careful, focused person to read scanned lab documents and enter the data into our web-based Laboratory Information System. This is an accuracy job, not a volume job — we'd rather you enter 40 records perfectly than 120 with three errors. You'll transcribe demographics, provider, specimen, and result data exactly as written (units, decimals, and reference ranges included), match each document to the correct patient, and flag anything illegible, ambiguous, or contradictory instead of guessing. Requires proven accuracy in high-stakes data entry, comfort with medical terminology, a dedicated password-protected computer, and willingness to sign a BAA and complete HIPAA training. Prior LIS/EMR experience is a strong plus. Hourly, paid weekly, with a paid skills test and a paid trial period leading to ongoing work for the right person.
